Working Party on Regulatory Management and Reform

The Working Party on Regulatory Management and Reform, within the Public Governance Committee, reviewed regulation in OECD Member States, supporting and highlighting best performance in the field of environmental, health and safety regulations as well as in the functioning of markets and deregulation, if markets show signs that they are functioning. The Group on Regulatory Policy was a working group set up within the Working Party on Regulatory Management and Reform for the purpose of reviewing regulation reforms in the various countries through peer reviews. In Italy’s case the most recent regulatory review was conducted in 2009: "Peer review of Regulatory Reform and Liberalisation Policies in Italy".
