The “Assets lost Abroad” subject area includes documents produced by Bureaus X and XI of Division VI of the Department of the Treasury concerning the following:
- Compensations for assets lost in the territories ceded to former Yugoslavia as a result of economic and financial provisions laid down under annex XIV of the Peace Treaty
- Compensations for assets lost in the B Zone of the former free territory of Trieste and in Tunisia
- Compensations for assets lost in compliance with articles 74 e 79 of the Peace Treaty and for assets seized in Libya, Ethiopia and other countries
- Compensation for damages caused by Iraq as laid down under Resolution No. 687 of the UN Security Council
- Drafting of the annual report to the Parliament as provided for by Law No. 98/94.
