The "Financing" subject area includes the legal provisions concerning financial interventions the Department of the Treasury grants to public bodies and production activities; soft loans and public funds for facilitated credit granting operations.
In particular, this area includes the provision concerning financial benefits to commercial, industrial and handicraft enterprises hit by floods, the criteria and conditions for granting naval credit, facilitations for young entrepreneurs, and for self-employment initiatives. Moreover the new criteria to calculate the reference rates to be applied to facilitated credit operations as laid down under the various provisions of the law are also indicated.
