The Republic of Italy has mandated Bnp Paribas, Deutsche Bank A.G., Monte dei Paschi di Siena Capital Services Banca per le Imprese spa, JP Morgan Securities PLC and Nomura Int for a syndicated exchange transaction based on the launch of a new 30-year Btp due 1st September 2051 and on the buyback of the followings bonds:

BTP IT0004898034 05/01/2023 coupon 4,50%
BTP IT0004356843 08/01/2023 coupon 4.75%
BTP IT0005344335 10/01/2023 coupon 2.45%
CCTeu IT0005359846 01/15/2025

The buyback transaction of the aforementioned bonds and the issuance of the new syndicated 30-year Btp will be executed in the near future, subject to market conditions. Fca/Icma stabilisation.
