Public consultation on the amendments to be made to the Tuf (Italian Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation) in order to implement Eu regulation no. 2017/1129: deadline extended until April, 10th 2020

Due to the health emergency caused by Covid-19 and in order to allow for as many people to take part as possible, the Department of the Treasury has decided to postpone until April, 10th 2020 the deadline to send in comments on the public consultation on the amendments to be made to the Tuf (Italian Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation) in order to adapt Italian legislation to the provisions of Eu Regulation no. 2017/112.
